Ingredientes:

– 1 cup low fat Real California milk or lactose-free milk – 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon sugar (or 1 teaspoon of artificial sweetener) – 1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals – 1/4 cup crushed ice or 1 to 2 broken-up ice cubes – 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) – ground cinnamon (optional)

Direcciones:

Cold: Whirl all ingredients, except cinnamon, in a blender until smooth. Pour drink into a glass and dust with cinnamon, if desired. Makes 1 serving.

Hot: Combine all ingredients except ice and cinnamon in a 2 cup glass measure and microwave at 100% power (High) 2 1/2 minutes. For a frothy drink, whirl hot liquid in a blender about 20 seconds. Pour drink into a mug and dust with cinnamon, if desired.
