This board is inspired by the layers of color in a California sunset.

Crème Fraîche dip in pineapple base (instructions below), pineapple rings, crackers, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, radishes, carrots, Brie cheese, orange slices, blood orange slices, dragon fruit, garnish with pistachios and edible flowers and herbs like rosemary and violets.

Crème Fraîche Dip: Mix 2 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoons vanilla extract with tub of crème fraîche
